Transjakarta extends Blok M-Ancol route to 02:00 WIB
The extension applies only from 7-9 August, with route 1W starting at 05.00 WIB and Koridor 5 remaining a 24-hour option.
PT Transportasi Jakarta has extended operating hours for route 1W Blok M-Ancol until 02:00 WIB on 7-9 August 2026 to serve passengers traveling to and from concerts and entertainment events in the Ancol area of North Jakarta. During that period, buses will start at 05.00 WIB, longer than the regular schedule that ends at 22.00 WIB. Head of the Public Relations and CSR Department at Transjakarta Ayu Wardhani said the adjustment is intended to help residents avoid difficulty finding transportation after events end late at night. Route 1W passes through Blok M, ASEAN, Kejaksaan Agung, Masjid Agung, Bundaran Senayan, Gerbang Pemuda, Petamburan, Kemanggisan, JIExpo Kemayoran, and Ancol. Passengers can also use Koridor 5 Kampung Melayu-Ancol, which operates 24 hours.
