Singapore will broadcast Prime Minister Lawrence Wong's National Day message on Aug. 8, the eve of the country's National Day, with versions in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil scheduled through the evening. Wong will deliver the English message at 6:45 p.m. on CNA and CNA938. Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong will deliver the Mandarin version at 7 p.m. on Channel 8 and Capital 95.8FM. Zaqy Mohamad will deliver the Malay message at 8:30 p.m. on Suria, and Dinesh Vasu Dash will deliver the Tamil version at 9 p.m. on Vasantham and Oli 96.8FM. All four versions will also be posted on the Prime Minister's Office website and YouTube channel after their first broadcasts.
