Singapore police appealed for information on the whereabouts of Jasmine Tay Xin Yi, a 14-year-old girl last seen in Boon Lay on Aug. 19. Police said Jasmine was seen near Block 183B Boon Lay Drive at about 12:30 p.m. wearing a black shirt and shorts. The appeal was issued on Aug. 21, with authorities asking anyone with information to call 1800-255-0000 or submit details through the i-Witness portal at www.police.gov.sg/i-witness. Police said all information provided will be kept confidential.
