RAPBN 2027 sets spending at Rp4.097,2 trillion, 2.4% deficit
The state revenue target is Rp3.426 trillion, including Rp2.591,4 trillion in taxes and Rp517,4 trillion in non-tax income.
The government has set state spending in the 2027 RAPBN at Rp4.097,2 trillion, while the budget deficit is projected at Rp671,2 trillion, or 2.40 percent of GDP. At a DPR meeting in Jakarta on Thursday, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa said state revenue is targeted at Rp3.426 trillion, up 6.8 percent from the 2026 outlook. The figure consists of tax revenue of Rp2.908 trillion, PNBP of Rp517,4 trillion, and grants of Rp0.7 trillion. The government also projects the tax ratio to reach 10.38 percent of GDP through better compliance, stronger Coretax, CEISA, Simbara, and a broader tax base. Spending in 2027 is directed toward education, health, social protection, infrastructure, and housing and settlement planning, while the debt ratio is kept within safe limits.
