Pramono moves traders outside Kramat Jati Market after student dies
East Jakarta Mayor Munjirin and Pasar Jaya will coordinate clearing Jalan Raya Bogor to reduce traffic disruption.
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung Wibowo asked traders selling outside Pasar Induk Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, to move inside the market area after a student died in a crash on Jalan Raya Bogor. Pramono said the traders outside the market disrupted traffic flow and left the road surface wet and slippery, endangering road users. The arrangement and enforcement will be coordinated by East Jakarta Mayor Munjirin and Pasar Jaya President Director Agus Himawan. Earlier, a student identified as HH, 18, died around 06.00 WIB after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a dump truck in front of Rumah Makan Kuring, in the Pasar Induk Kramat Jati area.
