PNM involves 3,012 employees in PORSENI 2026 in 6 cities
Preliminary rounds were held simultaneously at 58 branches, headquarters and subsidiaries to strengthen workplace collaboration.
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) held its 2026 sports and arts week, or PORSENI 2026, involving 3,012 employees from 58 branches, headquarters and subsidiaries. The qualifying rounds were held simultaneously in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Yogyakarta and Bandung. The event, themed “Sinergi dalam Prestasi, Membangun Bersama PNM,” is positioned as part of the company’s effort to strengthen work culture, sportsmanship and collaboration among employees. PNM President Director Kindaris said the values carried by the event are integrity, sportsmanship and the ability to value the process. PNM said a positive work experience is expected to lead to better service for millions of ultra-micro women entrepreneurs targeted by the company’s empowerment programs.
