PLN offers 50% discount on power upgrades through July 27

PT PLN (Persero) is offering a 50 percent discount on electricity capacity upgrade fees through its “Semangat Baru Makin Berdaya” program from July 14-27, 2026. The program applies to single-phase low-voltage customers in all tariff classes with initial capacity of 450 VA to 5,500 VA who want to increase capacity to a maximum of 7,700 VA. According to PLN Retail and Commerce Director M. Fahrur Rozy, customers only need to make one token purchase or bill payment through PLN Mobile during the promo period to receive an e-voucher. The voucher is sent through the Reward feature or the registered email address, then used when submitting the upgrade request in the app. For example, raising capacity from 1,300 VA to 7,700 VA costs Rp3.100.800, down from the normal tariff of Rp6.201.600. Each account can receive a maximum of four e-vouchers, while one customer ID can join the promo only once.
