Pertamina integrates public information channels into E-PPID
Email, social media, WhatsApp, website and SP4N Lapor are now linked in one system to speed responses to the public.
PT Pertamina (Persero) launched its Public Information Service Integration at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, on Friday (7/8), bringing the company’s official channels into one system. The channels combined include Voice 135, email, social media, WhatsApp, website, E-PPID and SP4N Lapor. Corporate Secretary Pertamina Arya Dwi Paramita said the move is intended to speed service, maintain the accuracy and security of information, and broaden public access to official information. The launch was attended by Vice President Corporate Communication Muhammad Baron, Chairman of Komisi Informasi Pusat Handoko Agung Saputro and Joemarthine Chandra. Along with the launch, Pertamina is also preparing technical guidance for information managers in the holding company, subholding units and subsidiaries.
