Persija complete 13-man Shin Tae-yong coaching staff for 2026/2027
The setup blends South Korean and Indonesian staff, with Ardhi Tjahjoko remaining team manager.
Persija Jakarta has finalized its coaching staff for the BRI Super League 2026/2027 under head coach Shin Tae-yong. The capital club has named a total of 13 people in the new structure, including Ardhi Tjahjoko, who remains team manager. Several familiar names in Indonesian football are also on the list, such as Yoo Jae-hoon as goalkeeping coach and Maman Abdurrahman as assistant coach. Persija has assembled the staff with a mix of South Korean and Indonesian personnel. Along with Shin, other names in the team include Kim Dong-ki as head scout, Cho Byung-kuk and Choi In-cheul as assistant coaches, and Huh Ji-sub and Hwang Ji-hwan as fitness coaches. The structure has been prepared as Persija's foundation for building a more competitive team in the new season.
