Nvidia disclosed $21 billion SpaceX stake, $30 billion Intel holding

Nvidia disclosed a nearly $21 billion stake in SpaceX and a $30 billion holding in Intel in a regulatory filing dated Aug. 14, showing how far the chipmaker has extended its reach across the AI and semiconductor ecosystem. As of June 30, Nvidia owned about 122.8 million SpaceX shares and about 214.8 million Intel shares. The filing marked the first time Nvidia assigned a value to its SpaceX position since investing in Elon Musk's xAI, which was folded into SpaceX before its public debut earlier this year. Nvidia's Intel stake surged from roughly $9.5 billion three months earlier. The company had agreed last year to invest $5 billion in Intel and to co-develop chips for personal computers and data centers.
