Manchester City have agreed a deal worth up to £34.2 million to sign Palmeiras winger Allan Elias, adding a 22-year-old Brazilian wide player before the Sept. 1 transfer deadline. The agreement includes a £32 million fixed fee plus £2.2 million in add-ons, and Allan is expected to undergo a medical in the coming days. Allan made his senior debut for Palmeiras last year and has made 96 appearances, with nine goals and 12 assists. The move is part of a wider late-window reshuffle at City, with Savinho set for a move to Tottenham, Spurs also in talks for Omar Marmoush, and Nico Gonzalez drawing strong interest from Newcastle.
