KPK to question Nusron Wahid in HGB bribery case
It is his second summons after missing last week, as KPK has already named 8 suspects including ATR/BPN officials and Summarecon executives.
KPK has scheduled Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid for questioning on Thursday (15/10) as a witness in the investigation into alleged bribery in the handling of land-use rights for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and other receipts within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. This is the second summons after Nusron did not appear on the October 7 schedule because of internal ministry business. Ahead of the questioning, KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto said investigators had not yet received a new letter regarding the absence. In the case, KPK has named eight suspects, including Sontang Coin Manurung, Fahd El Fouz, Arif Sugiyanto, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, Lampri, Muhammad Fakhry, Erwin, and Rizal Pahlevi. A day earlier, KPK also seized a Toyota Land Cruiser from Arif, which was allegedly used in money-collection activities during the Jabodetabek OTT on September 14.
