KPK seizes house and 3 stores in Fadia Arafiq case in Pekalongan
Investigators are also tracing the purchase of the land beneath the assets, while the sealed stores continue to operate.
KPK has seized a house, three modern retail stores, and a plot of land allegedly linked to the corruption case involving nonactive Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq in Pekalongan Regency, Central Java. The assets marked with seizure signs include stores in Domiyang Village, Wonosari Village, and Talun District, as well as a house in Stain Residence housing complex, Kajen. Another plot of land seized is in Kaliboja Village, Paninggaran. The seizure took place amid witness questioning at the Pekalongan Kota Police. Several residents said they only learned of the link between the assets and Fadia after the KPK signs were installed. According to sources who were questioned, investigators are also tracing the purchase of the land that is now the site of the assets. Fadia was named a suspect on 4 March 2026 in an alleged corruption case involving outsourced labor services procurement and other procurement at the Pekalongan Regency government in the 2023-2026 period.
