KPK probes alleged bribe trail at Kantah Bogor I in Summarecon HGB case
Investigators questioned two land office officials to map the receipt and collection of money inside the office.
KPK is tracing alleged bribery flows at the Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bogor I in the case involving the handling of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk's building use rights. The review deepened after investigators questioned two witnesses on 5 November 2026: GPM, Coordinator of the Substantive Group for Measurement and Mapping Kodsatral, and A, Coordinator of the Substantive Group for the Determination of Land Rights. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the questioning focused on alleged receipt of money by parties at Kantah Bogor and how the funds were collected. The case began with a KPK OTT in Jabodetabek on 14 September 2026. A day later, KPK named eight suspects, including Lampri, Sontang Coin Manurung, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi, and Rizal Pahlevi.
