KPK searches BPK Sumsel office, seizes Muara Enim opinion records
Investigators took audit working papers and traces of a change in opinion from WDP to WTP for Pemkab Muara Enim.
KPK searched the office of Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Sumatera Selatan on Tuesday (23/6) in an investigation into alleged bribery over audit findings tied to procurement in Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim. At the site, investigators seized a number of documents believed to be related to the case, including audit working papers, documents on the change in findings from Wajar Dengan Pengecualian to Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian for Pemkab Muara Enim, and papers showing efforts to alter the findings again after a KPK sting operation. KPK also found clues of alleged interference from BPK Pusat in the change to the audit results. In the case, KPK has named five suspects: Edison, Cory Erin Hardi, Fika, Titin Rita Lestari, and Augusz Dewanggara alias Angga.
