KPK suspects money to Bebizie came from Kukar coal firm
Investigators said the money was not stage fees, was acknowledged by the recipient, but has not yet been returned to KPK.
KPK suspects DKI Jakarta DPRD member Bebizie Sri Mulyati received money from a coal corporation in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, affiliated with suspect Rita Widyasari. Investigators said the funds were not related to Bebizie's work as a singer, but were part of money flows from companies whose mining proceeds were allegedly used for Rita's interests. Bebizie was questioned as a witness on 13 August 2026. KPK said the allegation has been confirmed and Bebizie admitted receiving the money and was willing to return it, but as of Tuesday investigators had not received it. After the questioning, Bebizie said the payments in 2017-2018 were professional fees for two performances in East Kalimantan. The case is an offshoot of the graft and money laundering case involving Rita Widyasari.
