KPK clarifies it seized Rp2 billion from Bobby Rasyidin in August 2025
KPK said the money was seized while Bobby led PT Len Industri, not after he became KAI president director.
KPK clarified that the seizure of Rp2 billion from PT Kereta Api Indonesia President Director Bobby Rasyidin was carried out in August 2025 in an investigation into alleged corruption in the digitalization procurement of PT Pertamina gas stations in 2018–2023. KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the seizure was not made when Bobby was serving as KAI president director, but when he was still leading PT Len Industri in 2021–2025. KPK also said Bobby was cooperative because he returned the money. Bobby, meanwhile, denied reports linking him to the seizure and said he was saddened by the news circulating. The case centers on the Pertamina gas station digitalization project, which took place before Bobby led KAI.
