Kopassus member's motorcycle stolen in Cakung, 2 arrested

The motorcycle borrowed by a Kopassus member identified as SA (20) was stolen while parked in front of his parents' house in Cakung, East Jakarta, on Saturday evening (20/6). Police arrested two suspects that same night in Bekasi Timur, Bekasi City. Cakung Police Chief AKP Andre Tri Putra said SA parked the motorcycle at around 17.00 WIB with the handlebars locked. When he returned at around 18.30 WIB, the vehicle was gone. CCTV footage from residents showed a man passing by and then riding off with the motorcycle. Using GPS information on the vehicle, police arrested Harto on Jalan Pahlawan, Duren Jaya, at around 21.35 WIB while he was riding the victim's motorcycle. Police seized a T-shaped key, two key bits and two magnetic keys from the suspect. Harto admitted he intended to sell the motorcycle to Sikin for Rp2,5 juta. Sikin was later arrested on Jalan Chairil Anwar, Margahayu, at around 23.50 WIB.
