Kemendagri Holds Batch II Regional Awards for Java-Bali Local Governments

Kemendagri is again holding the 2026 Apresiasi Pemerintah Daerah Berprestasi Batch II, this time for the Java-Bali region at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in Badung on 28 August. The second batch will assess implementation of the 3 Juta Rumah Program, access to and quality of health services, residents’ access to education services, and waste management and a clean environment. Tito Karnavian said the assessment model has been expanded by involving related ministries and Badan Pusat Statistik. Unlike the health, education and environment categories, which are awarded fiscal incentives to regional accounts, the housing category winner will receive an additional quota of homes to be renovated. At the provincial level, Jawa Barat and Banten won the 3 Juta Rumah category.
