Kejagung to place Ferry Hongkiriwang with LPSK in TPPU case

Kejaksaan Agung plans to place businessman Ferry Hongkiriwang under the protection of the Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban to safeguard his security and keep the investigation into the alleged money-laundering case involving former Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah moving smoothly. Team 9 coordinator Rudi Margono said Ferry is still needed for questioning as a witness. On Thursday, Ferry was examined alongside Tan Kian and six others. Investigators confirmed their links to handling the alleged corruption cases involving PT Asabri and Jiwasraya. In the TPPU case, Kejagung has named two suspects, namely Febrie Adriansyah and private individual Nurman Herin. Rudi said a possible role for Ferry as a justice collaborator remains under review as the investigation develops.
