Kejagung seizes Rp338.3 billion in assets from QSS mining boss in Kalbar
The seizure includes 16 heavy equipment units, 16 vessels, 46 dump trucks, and land and buildings in Pontianak and Kubu Raya.
Kejaksaan Agung seized assets worth Rp338.358.700.000 belonging to Sudianto alias Aseng, the beneficial owner of PT Quality Success Sejahtera (QSS), in a suspected corruption case involving the management of bauxite mining business permits in Kalimantan Barat for the 2017-2025 period. The seizure was carried out by the Jampidsus team and the Badan Pemulihan Aset on 25-29 Agustus 2026 at several locations in Kalbar. The evidence taken included land and buildings valued at Rp1,44 miliar in Pontianak and Kubu Raya, as well as movable assets worth Rp336,92 miliar. These consisted of seven barges, nine tug boats, 16 heavy equipment units, 23 Hino dump trucks, 23 Dongfeng dump trucks, two double-cabin vehicles, and one single-cabin vehicle. Kejagung placed the evidence in safekeeping and under protection to preserve its value while legal proceedings continue.
