Kejagung remits Rp1.02 trillion, seeks funds for seized assets
Most of the transfer came from Rp978.1 billion in auction proceeds, while the finance minister did not immediately approve maintenance funds.
Kejaksaan Agung handed over Rp1.02 trillion in non-tax state revenue to the Kementerian Keuangan during the BPA Fair 2026 event at the office of the Badan Pemulihan Aset in South Jakarta on Monday (15/6/2026). On the occasion, Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin also requested a dedicated allocation to maintain and secure seized assets managed by the institution. He said Kejagung has no maintenance budget, even though seized vehicles must be kept in good condition and extensive seized land requires security. Menkeu Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa responded that asset maintenance costs have their own rules and asked about the percentage structure. Of the total remittance, the largest contribution came from BPA Fair 2026 auctions at Rp978.1 billion, followed by Rp30.9 billion from tracing land and building assets and Rp51.6 billion from the return of Eddy Tansil assets.
