Kejagung seizes documents in raid on Febrie's South Jakarta home

Investigators did not detail the items seized, but the documents will be submitted to court to strengthen the money-laundering case.

Kejaksaan Agung searched the home of former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, Febrie Adriansyah, on Jalan Radio I No. 15, Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Friday night, July 31. During the 18:30-21:30 WIB search, Tim Sembilan seized documents said to be related to a money-laundering case. Kejaksaan Agung legal information center chief Anang Supriatna said investigators will next seek seizure approval from the Corruption Court so the evidence can be analyzed to strengthen the case. Febrie has been named a suspect along with private party Nurman Herin. The case stems from the discovery of 74 kilograms of gold and cash and foreign currency worth hundreds of billions of rupiah that was previously transferred from Polri to Kejaksaan Agung.
