Kejagung questions 16 new witnesses in MBG graft case
The number of suspects remains seven, including three former BGN officials and a vendor program commissioner.
Kejaksaan Agung questioned 16 new witnesses in its investigation into alleged corruption in the management of the Makan Bergizi Gratis program at Badan Gizi Nasional for the 2025-2026 period on Monday (10/8). Those summoned included a BGN expert, a partner of Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi Pejaten Barat, a finance staff member at PT NGS, several company directors, foundation representatives and private individuals. Kejagung’s head of public information, Anang Supriatna, said the questioning was aimed at strengthening evidence and completing the case file. In the case, Kejagung had previously named seven suspects, including former BGN head Dadan Hindayana, former deputy heads Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, and PT Yasa Arta Trimanunggal commissioner Andri Mulyono.
