Kejagung urges BGN to distribute unseized MBG electric bikes
Tens of thousands of units worth Rp1,22 trillion remain in warehouses, while prosecutors hold only part of them as evidence.
The Attorney General's Office has asked Badan Gizi Nasional to immediately distribute electric motorcycles for the Makan Bergizi Gratis program that were not seized in the corruption case over the procurement. Jampidsus investigation director Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi said the bikes do not all need to be treated as evidence so they can be used by nutrition service units. So far, only a small number of units have reached MBG kitchens, while tens of thousands remain in storage, including at an industrial area in Sentul, Bogor. The case involves alleged collusion in procurement at BGN in 2025-2026. Kejagung has named five suspects, including a former BGN official and PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal Commissioner Andri Mulyono. Investigators suspect manipulation of the BAST and price inflation in the Rp1,22 trillion procurement package.
