Kapolri defeats Bahlil 15-11 in Kapolri Cup 2026 exhibition

Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo defeated Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia 15-11 in the opening game of the exhibition match at the closing of Kapolri Cup 2026 at GOR Universitas Negeri Jakarta on Saturday, Aug. 1. Sigit partnered with Widi Chandra Kasih, while Bahlil teamed up with Muhammad. The friendly match featured sharp smashes, long rallies and quick play at the net that drew cheers from the crowd. The duel was their second meeting at a Kapolri Cup closing after the 2025 edition, when Sigit played with Marcus Fernaldi Gideon and Bahlil partnered with Adrian Pratama. Kapolri Cup 2026 ran July 27-Aug. 1 as part of the commemoration of the 80th Bhayangkara Day, a collaboration between Polri, PBSI and NPC Indonesia.
