Jeremy Clarkson reveals aggressive prostate cancer on TV show
What's new: The 66-year-old said doctors caught it early, and later scenes showed he had surgery and was back in a hospital bed.
Jeremy Clarkson disclosed on the latest season of “Clarkson’s Farm” that he has aggressive prostate cancer, telling co-stars on camera that a biopsy in May found the disease at an early stage. The 66-year-old former “Top Gear” presenter said the timing of the diagnosis meant he would be partly sidelined during the farm’s harvest. In later scenes, Clarkson said part of his prostate had been removed and that treatment had “gone a bit awry,” leaving him in a hospital bed at the end of the season. The episodes were filmed in 2025 at Diddly Squat, his farm in Chipping Norton, West Oxfordshire, and were released this week in the UK.
