Jasa Marga strengthens toll service with digitalization on RI Day
The toll-road operator now manages 36 concessions spanning 1,736 km, including 1,294 km of commercial toll roads and a 42 percent market share.
PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is strengthening toll-road services through operational improvements, digitalization and collaboration to mark the 81st anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia on Monday, Aug. 17, 2026. At Jasa Marga headquarters, President Director Rivan A. Purwantono led a ceremony attended by directors, Jasa Marga Group leaders and company employees. Jasa Marga said the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center is used to monitor traffic, handle incidents and make data-based operational decisions. For road users, the Travoy app provides real-time traffic conditions and CCTV access, toll rates, rest areas and access to One Call Center 133. The company currently manages 36 toll-road concessions spanning 1,736 kilometers, including 1,294 kilometers of commercial toll roads in operation, with a 42 percent market share.
