Jakarta Fair Kemayoran 2026 closed on Sunday night, July 12, with Rp8.2 trillion in transactions and a total of 6.1 million visitors. The event, held June 11-July 12 at JIExpo Kemayoran, drew 2,800 participants with about 1,800 booths. Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno said the result reflected the city’s sustained economic optimism. He said visitors came not only from Jakarta but also from outside the region. Jakarta Fair 2026 organizing committee chairman Hartati Murdaya said the annual event also absorbed tens of thousands of workers from preparation through the exhibition. Jakarta Fair is held to mark Jakarta’s 499th anniversary, while the Jakarta provincial government hopes next year’s event can be larger ahead of Jakarta’s 500th year in 2027.
