Government to Open 2026 Civil Service Recruitment in November
The manpower details will be released by Kementerian PANRB, with hiring aimed at replacing retiring civil servants and supporting priority programs.
The government will open selection for civil service candidates in November 2026. State Secretary Minister Prasetyo Hadi said the recruitment is being prepared to refresh the composition of the civil service after some employees reach retirement age. The government also considers that priority programs require additional civil servants. Prasetyo made the announcement after a government coordination meeting with the DPR at the parliament complex in Senayan, Jakarta, on Friday. Details of the positions and technical information on the selection, including registration stages, will be announced soon by Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi. Prasetyo urged prospective applicants to follow official announcements and prepare for the full series of tests.
