The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a runway-conflict incident at Boston Logan International Airport after a Delta Air Lines flight aborted its landing and circled for another approach on Saturday. The agency said the crew of Delta Flight 2351 performed the go-around because another aircraft was departing from an intersecting runway at about 11:30 a.m. local time. Delta said the Airbus A319 was carrying 129 passengers and six crew members from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to Boston. The airline said onboard systems issued an advisory about possible traffic during descent, and the pilots followed standard procedures with air traffic control before landing safely.
