DKPP Reviews 5 Complaints on Gibran Candidacy, 2 Headed to Trial
Two complaints have cleared material requirements, two remain under review, and one has not met administrative requirements.
DKPP is reviewing five public complaints alleging ethics violations by election organizers in the nomination process for Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Of the five reports received, two complaints have met the material requirements and are ready to be referred to the hearing division. Two other complaints are still in the administrative verification stage before moving on to material review, while one complaint has not met administrative requirements. DKPP said all of the reports came from the public and will be processed under the applicable mechanism. One of the complaints was filed by Denny Indrayana. However, DKPP has not detailed whether Denny's complaint is among the two cases ready for trial.
