Danantara to hold housing expo with 1% down payment, 2.75% rate

Danantara Indonesia will hold the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 on Aug. 27-30 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta. The expo will offer financing schemes with down payments starting at 1%, interest rates starting at 2.75%, tenors of up to 30 years and stepped installment payments. Danantara said the expo is part of support for the government’s 3 million homes program. The event will bring together state-owned property firms, banks in Himpunan Bank Milik Negara, developer partners and supporting industries. More than 200,000 housing units from Himbara developers, BUMN and private firms will be offered, including homes for low-income communities and non-MBR buyers across Indonesia.
