The outlet, operating under the Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen brand, follows the closure of the chain's Hillion Mall store earlier in 2026. After the Suntec City exit, Crystal Jade will have 16 outlets in Singapore. The company said it is reviewing its operations to match market conditions and long-term priorities, but did not give a specific reason for the closure. It said employees affected by the shutdown have already been told and may be redeployed within its Singapore network where possible.
