Champions League draw pairs PSG with Barcelona in 2026/2027
Arsenal drew Real Madrid, while UEFA is due to release the full league-phase schedule on Saturday.
The Champions League draw for 2026/2027 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco on Thursday (27/8) paired defending champions Paris Saint-Germain with Barcelona in the 36-team league phase. PSG will also face Manchester City, AS Roma, Aston Villa, Galatasaray, Slovan Bratislava, Villarreal and Como. Arsenal, last season's runners-up and Premier League champions, drew a difficult slate including Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Lille, Bayern Muenchen, Napoli, Real Betis, Slavia Praha and Sabah, who reached the league phase for the first time. The first matches are scheduled for 8-10 September, while the final league-phase games will be played at the end of January. UEFA is expected to announce the full fixture list on Saturday.
