CFX gathers OJK and industry players to discuss digital asset rules
The forum examined how the P2SK Law is affecting daily operations for digital asset traders and the need for more adaptive oversight.
PT Central Finansial X (CFX) held a forum with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Komisi XI DPR RI, and digital financial asset businesses to discuss regulatory adjustments and industry governance in Indonesia. The event was carried out with PT Kliring Komoditi Indonesia and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia. CFX Chief Executive Subani said the forum was used to gather issues arising in the application of the rules, especially the impact of the Undang-Undang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Keuangan on day-to-day business activity. The discussion also covered industry trends, compliance challenges, transparency, user protection, and the need for an oversight model aligned with technological progress and business needs.
