BPJS Kesehatan opens Lanuri at 558 points for 3T areas
Among the locations, 179 provide BPJS Keliling and 379 use VIOLA for JKN administration, information and complaints.
BPJS Kesehatan launched Layanan Ujung Negeri, or Lanuri, at 558 regency and city points across Indonesia to expand access to Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional in underdeveloped, frontier and outermost areas. The program, launched in Jakarta on Monday, involves 126 branch offices. Of the total service points, 179 locations provide BPJS Keliling, while 379 others use Virtual Office Layanan Informasi dan Administrasi, or VIOLA. BPJS Kesehatan President Director Prihati Pujowaskito said the scheme is aimed at residents who face barriers of distance, internet connectivity or limited use of digital services. During January-May 2026, VIOLA was used 218.729 times, with the highest utilization at community health centers and among PBI JK participants.
