Political observer Boni Hargens said the PRESISI concept is driving changes in performance and work culture within Polri. At the launch of a book in Jakarta on Wednesday (24/6), Boni described the vision promoted by National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo as a comprehensive blueprint for change, tailored to contemporary challenges and growing public scrutiny of the police. He said the predictive element relies on data analysis and information technology to detect security threats early. Responsibility is applied through work that is effective, fast, and targeted, with a humanistic approach. Fair transparency, he said, is intended to maintain accountability in law enforcement actions and public trust. Boni also said the transformation includes strengthening organization, operations, public services, and internal oversight.
