Bogor Hornbills reach IBL 2026 final after 82-79 win
The 3-1 semifinal victory is the club’s biggest achievement since joining the IBL in 2022.
Bogor Hornbills advanced to the final of the 2026 Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) for the first time after defeating Satria Muda Pertamina Bandung 82-79 in Game 4 of the semifinal at GOR Laga Tangkas, Kabupaten Bogor, on Friday (12/6/2026). The result sealed the best-of-five series 3-1 for the team coached by Cesar Camara. Hornbills had split the first two games at Bandung Arena, then won the next two after the series moved to Bogor. In the deciding game, Kaleb Wesson posted 20 points and 11 rebounds, Stephaun Branch added 17 points and 11 rebounds, while Travin Thibodeaux contributed 16 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. For Satria Muda, Abraham Damar Grahita led the scoring with 22 points.
