BNI runs stunting prevention program through end-2026
BNI Berbagi now includes GENTING in Riau and interventions in four villages in Pangalengan, Bandung.
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is expanding its stunting prevention program throughout 2026 through the BNI Berbagi social and environmental responsibility scheme. The program will run in stages from the start of the year through the end of 2026, focusing on nutrition support, family education, sanitation, and stronger community health services. One activity is Gerakan Orang Tua Asuh Cegah Stunting, or GENTING, in Riau Province with the Ministry of Population and Family Development/BKKBN. BNI is also carrying out the Healthy Village Free of Stunting Program in four villages in Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, combining nutrition assistance, family education, sanitation improvements, clean and healthy living behavior, and better housing conditions. BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the focus is directed at the first 1,000 days of life.
