Belloumi rescues Hull in 2-2 Premier League draw with Everton
What's new: Hull stayed unbeaten at home after Joe Gelhardt and Mohamed Belloumi canceled out Everton's second-half fightback.
Mohamed Belloumi scored in the 74th minute to earn Hull City a 2-2 draw with Everton in an entertaining Premier League game at MKM Stadium on Sunday. After a scoreless first half that included a VAR review ruling out Brennan Johnson's effort for offside, Hull struck first when Joe Gelhardt finished in the 48th minute after an error by Ainsley Maitland-Niles. Everton responded quickly as Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall headed in seven minutes later, and Thierno Barry then put the visitors ahead midway through the second half. Hull answered soon after when substitute Elliot Stroud combined with Belloumi for the equalizer, preserving the hosts' unbeaten home start since returning to the top flight.
