Bareskrim detains FH for 20 days in PT Dana Syariah Indonesia case
FH, founder and adviser of PT DSI, is held until July 8 as investigators track assets and prepare restitution for victims.
Bareskrim Polri detained suspect FH for 20 days, from June 19 to July 8, 2026, in the investigation into alleged problematic fund distribution by PT Dana Syariah Indonesia. FH is a new suspect identified through follow-up work after investigators earlier named TA, MY, ARL and AS. According to Dittipideksus, FH is the founder and adviser of PT DSI and previously held posts at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bursa Efek Indonesia. Questioning of FH lasted about 10 hours on June 19 and involved 79 questions. In the case, PT DSI is suspected of channeling public funds into fictitious projects using existing borrower data during 2018-2025. Bareskrim is also continuing asset tracing with PPATK, OJK, Korlantas Polri and BPN to recover victims' losses, while the files for the three other suspects have already been declared complete.
