Bank Mandiri to pay Rp50.63 trillion dividend, transfer buyback shares
The 91.75 million buyback shares will be moved to an employee ownership program during June 24-29, 2026.
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk will distribute about Rp50.63 trillion in dividends in calendar 2026 and will carry out a buyback of 91.75 million shares, which will then be transferred to the Employee Stock Ownership Program. Of the total dividend, Rp44.47 trillion comes from dividends for fiscal 2025, while Rp6.16 trillion is an interim dividend for fiscal 2026. Bank Mandiri Finance & Strategy Director Novita Widya Anggraini said the interim dividend was paid after considering profit realization, capital adequacy, liquidity, and business expansion needs. The company said the transfer of buyback shares on June 24-29, 2026 is intended to strengthen employees' sense of ownership and align their contribution with the bank's long-term performance.
