Abdul Mu'ti Pushes School Revitalization and Learning Digitalization
Kemendikdasmen is preparing four transformation tracks, from physical infrastructure to regulation, while adding IFPs in schools.
Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti is pushing education transformation through revitalizing schools, building new school units, and expanding digital learning in regions across Indonesia. In Jakarta on Friday, Mu'ti said principals and teachers are the main drivers of education quality because they interact directly with students in the classroom. He said the vision, "Pendidikan Bermutu untuk Semua," was drawn from the 1945 Constitution and is part of President Prabowo Subianto's Asta Cita. He said the transformation is being carried out through four main infrastructure pillars: physical, pedagogical, cultural, and legal. The programs being advanced include improving teacher competence and welfare, providing Interactive Flat Panel, strengthening character education through 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat and Pagi Ceria, and refining regulations.
