Three former full-time national servicemen pleaded guilty in Singapore over a 2023 hazing incident while serving with the Singapore Police Force. Court documents said the three, identified only as B1, B2 and B3 under a gag order, pinned a 21-year-old roommate to his bunk bed and took turns tapping their genitals against his forearms and legs. The victim said he felt embarrassed and disgusted. B3, 26, also admitted to separate charges involving another 21-year-old serviceman, including holding him by the neck and licking it, and later touching him and twisting his nipple in a darkened bunk. Prosecutors asked for a short detention order and community service order for each man, and the case was adjourned for reports.
