Two Chinese nationals were charged in Singapore after investigators said they stole bank cards from passengers' bags in overhead compartments on a flight from Ho Chi Minh City. Court documents identified the men as Shu Zaijun, 54, and Dong Bangjun, 59. Prosecutors allege Shu took two debit cards at about 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 12, while Dong took a credit card from another passenger about 30 minutes later. Police arrested both men at Changi Airport Terminal 4 at about 9:45 a.m. during an operation targeting onboard theft and said three bank cards belonging to others were recovered. The cases were adjourned to Oct. 16 for Shu and Oct. 28 for Dong.
