12 wounded, 2 critically, in shooting near Toledo festival

Twelve people were wounded, including two in critical condition, after gunfire broke out near the Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, on Saturday evening. Police said the shooting appeared to involve at least two people firing at each other, with victims caught in the crossfire. Those shot ranged in age from 14 to 61. Officers were called around 5:37 p.m. to the area near the festival, where several hundred people had gathered.
