Zelensky says US missile warnings to Ukraine resumed after talks

What's next: US envoy Steve Witkoff is due in St. Petersburg as Trump presses Kyiv to reach a deal with Russia.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Kyiv has again started receiving advance warning of incoming Russian missile strikes after recent attacks he said came without enough notice. Speaking in Oslo after meetings with US envoy Steve Witkoff and a call with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Zelensky said the alerts are critical for civilians and air defenses. Rubio denied any US policy change on intelligence sharing or weapons supplies. The talks came as Russian missile and drone attacks killed at least nine people in Ukraine, and as President Donald Trump increased pressure on Zelensky to reach an agreement with Russia. Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre said Witkoff planned to travel to St. Petersburg on Wednesday.
