Vice President JD Vance and second lady Usha Vance welcomed their fourth child on Sunday, a boy named Alec Neel Vance. In social media posts, the couple said Usha Vance and the baby were healthy and that their three older children were excited to meet their younger brother. They also thanked the staff at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and the White House Medical Unit for caring for the family. JD and Usha Vance, who met at Yale Law School and married in 2014, are also parents to Ewan, Vivek and Mirabel. The couple had disclosed the pregnancy in January.
