Truck hits barrier in Cawang, delaying 15 Transjakarta routes

A truck hit a Mobile Concrete Barrier (MCB) in the Cawang Ciliwung area of East Jakarta on Monday morning, triggering severe congestion and delaying 15 Transjakarta routes. Affected services included Corridor 7 Kampung Rambutan-Kampung Melayu, Corridor 9 Pinang Ranti-Pluit, Corridor 10 Tanjung Priok-PGC, and a number of feeder routes such as 4K, 5C, 7C, 7P, 9A, 9C, B11, B21, B41, D11, B51, and P11. Head of Public Relations and CSR Department at Transjakarta Ayu Wardhani said field officers were coordinating with related parties to speed up traffic clearance. Passengers were asked to adjust their travel time or choose alternative routes while the disruption along the Cawang line was not yet fully resolved.
